Patty Bell

Proud to be an early employee of NAI Puget Sound Properties for over 25 years, Patty Bell began her first nine years with the company as an administrative assistant serving all of the agents in the Bellevue headquarters office. Over the last 16 years, Patty now serves as a licensed sales assistant for two principals of NAI Puget Sound Properties, Arie Salomon, SIOR, CCIM and Jeff Forsberg, CCIM. This team has led production in the company for the last 22 years and has consistently received international recognition as one of NAI Global’s Top 10 Producing Teams worldwide each year since 2016. This one-of-a-kind team is known by their peers as among the top industrial real estate specialists in the Puget Sound region.

Patty provides over 38 years of experience in several facets of commercial real estate including development, property management, institutional investment and appraisal, and sales and leasing. She brought with her knowledge and skills developed over time from such companies as The Koll Company, Equitable Real Estate Investment Management, Kidder Mathews, and Dominion Investment Management, among others. Using this experience to her team’s advantage, she assists them with such aspects as marketing activities, transaction management, database management, client interaction and administrative duties.

Patty’s successful contribution to the team is attributed to her communication and organizational skills, discipline in her work ethic and unwavering loyalty. Working with brokers, vendors and clients, she has used her beneficial personality traits and experience to consistently provide services and performance above expectations. On a mission to create value for the team and their clients, Patty prides herself on her reputation in the industry and high level of service.

Patty currently lives in Woodinville. She enjoys family, friends, cooking, good wine, music, and working out. Patty strives to live by life’s golden rule: Treat others as you would like to be treated and always tries to remember that life is short and should be lived to the fullest!
