James Aigner

James specializes in industrial real estate throughout the Puget Sound region, bringing energy, fresh perspective, and a relentless work ethic to every client relationship, known for being responsive, dependable, and striving to deliver. Early in his career, he has already helped secure a lease for a national medical equipment and healthcare technology provider.

He began his commercial real estate career with Newmark during his sophomore year at the University of Washington, learning from experienced professionals, and continued building his skills with NAI Puget Sound Properties throughout his junior and senior years. Starting early gave him a firsthand understanding of the brokerage business, and a head start on a long-term career in the industry.

Real estate has been a part of James’s life from an early age. Growing up with parents Tina Pappas and Rob Aigner, both longtime commercial real estate professionals, he saw the business from an insider perspective and learned the value of relationships, integrity, hard work, and exceptional client service. Today, he pairs those values with the drive and hustle of a new generation of brokers eager to earn every client’s trust.

Outside of real estate, James enjoys spending time with family and friends, is an ardent baseball fan, an avid golfer, and loves traveling abroad. Having traveled extensively, he enjoys experiencing new places, meeting new people, and gaining perspective from different communities and cultures.
