First Lease Signed at Bridge Point SeaTac 300

The culmination of a six year land assemblage and development process, Bridge Point SeaTac 300 has secured its first lease in the new two-building industrial complex adjacent to SeaTac International Airport. Connor Powell, Arie Salomon, and Jeff Forsberg began working on this project with 2 parcels of land totaling 9 acres and worked to add the surrounding 26 parcels for an assemblage totaling over 17 acres which was sold to Bridge Development.

Working with Bridge throughout the entitlement and development process, the NAI PSP team also represents Bridge on the leasing of the available industrial space in the two now-complete buildings (315,000 SF total). The first tenant, Flying Food Group, recently signed a 10 year lease for 95,750 SF. Flying Food Group is a national seller of prepared meals to airlines and retail brands, expanding their local footprint with the new PNW space.
