Kyle is a Partner at NAI Puget Sound Properties’ Bellevue office. He specializes in the sale of industrial, office, and retail properties throughout the greater Puget Sound region, with a particular focus on South King County and Pierce County.
Kyle has consistently ranked among the top investment sales brokers in the Puget Sound region. He has handled the sale of over 200+ properties, totaling more than $700 million in sales volume. In 2022, he was named an NAI Global Top Producer, an award given annually to the highest-performing NAI brokers worldwide.
Kyle’s industry knowledge and aggressive marketing platform have consistently yielded market-leading sales results for his clients. On average, Kyle's successful closings occur within 95% of the original list price.
Before his real estate career, Kyle attended the University of Southern California on a water polo scholarship. At USC, he was a member of two NCAA National Championship teams and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business.
A Seattle-area native, Kyle has an in-depth understanding of the Puget Sound region. He currently resides in Mercer Island with his wife, Jessica, and their two kids, Landon and Brynn.
