Kyle is a Partner at NAI Puget Sound Properties' Bellevue office, where he specializes in the sale of industrial, office, and retail properties throughout the greater Puget Sound region, with a particular focus on South King County and Pierce County.

A consistently top-ranked investment sales broker in the region, Kyle has completed the sale of more than 200 properties totaling over $700 million in sales volume. His results speak for themselves — on average, his successful closings occur within 95% of the original list price, a testament to his aggressive marketing platform and deep market expertise.

Kyle's industry recognition includes being named a finalist for NAIOP's Investment Broker of the Year in 2025. Kyle has also been named to the NAI Global Top Producer list, an honor bestowed annually on the highest-performing NAI brokers worldwide.

Before entering commercial real estate, Kyle attended the University of Southern California on a water polo scholarship, where he was a member of two NCAA National Championship teams. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from USC's Marshall School of Business.
