Sam Johnson is a commercial real estate professional, specializing in single and multi-tenant investment sales in the south King County market. Partnering with senior broker Kyle Sterling & Nick Bierly, the team serves the needs of owner-occupied & owner-investor properties. Sam’s knowledge of investment properties originates from his analytical approach, market research, and operations experience.

Prior to joining NAI Puget Sound Properties, Sam worked as a Commercial Property Manager for Clise Properties, Inc., where he helped manage over one million square feet in office space in downtown Seattle and Bellevue. His previous management role brings industry experience and in-depth operational knowledge for his clients. Sam Received his bachelor’s in Finance from the Carson School of Business at Washington State University.

Sam is a native to the pacific northwest & currently resides in Kirkland, WA. Outside of the real estate industry, Sam enjoys spending time with friends and family, golfing, boating, and skiing.
