The current owner purchased the property in 2020, but became motivated to sell shortly after. Blake Stedman and Richard Zhou represented clients looking for a location for their start-up, who did not initially have intentions to buy property.

Blake and Richard were ultimately able to find a solution for both parties, negotiating a 5-year lease for their start-up clients with a future option to purchase the property. After the completion of tenant improvements, the location is now home to Dwellers Drinkery, a family-friendly restaurant and taproom, who had their grand opening Saturday, June 14th, 2025.
