Richard Zhou is a commercial real estate associate broker, serving Snohomish County and North King County. He represents a broad array of property owners, investors, business owners, and tenants in the sale and leasing of retail, industrial, office, and vacant land properties.
Since joining NAI Puget Sound Properties, Richard has completed more than$45 million in commercial real estate transactions. His geographic focus includes Arlington, Everett, Lynnwood, Lake Stevens, Edmonds, Bothell, Woodinville, Kirkland, and surrounding communities.
When working with clients, Richard places an emphasis on trust, transparency, integrity, and excellence. Richard’s willingness to understand and deeply care about his clients’ long-term goals align with his desire to build strong, lasting relationships in business.
Richard currently serves on the ULI Northwest Young Leaders Group Board and actively attends UW alumni and mentorship programs in his spare time.
