Ally Braden

Ally Braden is an industrial real estate broker focused on leasing and sales across the greater Seattle market, with an emphasis on South Seattle and emerging Northend submarkets. As a member of NAI Puget Sound Properties’ industrial team, Ally is actively involved in business development, client outreach, and executing leasing and sales transactions. She plays a key role in expanding the team’s client base, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored strategies that align with each client’s unique objectives.

Ally is known for her proactive approach and strong relationship-building skills, taking the time to understand client goals and translating them into actionable real estate solutions. With a sharp eye for marketing, she consistently positions properties for maximum exposure while crafting compelling narratives that resonate with the market.

Prior to joining NAI, Ally was part of the industrial team at Cushman & Wakefield, where she contributed to the execution of complex, large-scale transactions. She was involved in deals with national accounts, including Boeing and Darigold, and supported multiple transactions exceeding $100 million in total consideration. Her role included managing deal flow, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting business development efforts across a high-performing industrial platform.

Earlier in her career, Ally completed an internship at Real Retail, where she built foundational industry knowledge and conducted market research.
