CenterPoint Properties, represented by Arie Salomon, SIOR, CCIM and Jeff Forsberg, CCIM has inked a 220,800 square foot lease at their CenterPoint Kent 167 project located at 26600 72nd Avenue S., in Kent, WA. Construction has just commenced with a targeted completion date of February 2018. The tenant, Classic Accessories, was also represented by NAI Puget Sound Properties.
The state-of-the-art building will be 36’ clear height with ESFR sprinklers, LED warehouse lighting, 33 dock high and 2 drive in doors, 41 additional trailer stalls and 200 parking stalls with excellent SR 167 exposure and direct access to S. 277th Street.
