Barry has specialized in commercial sales and leasing since 2002. Since re-joining NAI Puget Sound Properties after fulfilling his duty as a member of the Army Reserves, Barry has directed his professional efforts to retail sales & leasing as well as retail development and investment sales. Barry has been involved in over 124 transactions totaling over 1,900,000 square feet.

Barry has represented national and regional clients including Arco AM/PM (BP), Restaurants Unlimited, Planet Fitness, Boeing, Performance Nissan, Carl’s Jr., Hertz, Texas Roadhouse and C-III Capital.

Barry’s interests include fishing, golf and other outdoor sports. He resides in Monroe with his wife, Meaghan, daughter, Selah and son, Noll.
