Kim Marvik and associate Gloria Fletcher persevered in an exhausted, covid numbed, office market to bring us the perfect buyer for our historical building. I owe thanks to a Naval Academy classmate, and NAI Senior VP in Newport, CA, Bob Davis, for matching us with this talented professional. As a final touch we and Kim Marvik each picked up a new Golden Retriever puppy the week we closed. It just doesn’t get any better than that!
