Tony Rona

Tony specializes in advising companies within the Greater Eastside marketplace with an emphasis on office, technology, manufacturing and distribution facility users and/or owners. His attention to detail, market knowledge, complex facility understanding, and expertise in the negotiation of sophisticated requirements assures his clients that they are getting real estate solutions tailored to their business and operational goals.

Before joining the corporate real estate industry, Tony worked at Skanska USA where he was named “Pre-Construction Rookie of the Year for West Coast Region” in 2008. The experience at Skanska provided him with critical knowledge of cost estimation, design management, logistics and planning, budget development, and value engineering.

Tony lives on Mercer Island with his wife Jen and their sons, Jack and Beau. A Seattle native, Tony enjoys boating, golfing, skiing, and rooting for his hometown sports teams in his spare time.
