Taylor Hudson

Taylor Hudson specializes in industrial real estate—advising owners, occupiers, and investors on leasing, acquisitions, and investment sales. Over a 12-year career he has completed more than 300 transactions representing in excess of $3 billion in consideration, advising clients on some of the most complex industrial deals in the market, from long-term lease structures to institutional investment sales and sale-leaseback advisory. His practice spans the Puget Sound region, where he has developed market intelligence and transaction experience that compounds with every deal.

Taylor places a high priority on understanding each client’s business before offering a solution. Whether representing a tenant navigating a lease expiration, a landlord repositioning an asset, or an investor evaluating an acquisition, he approaches every assignment with the same level of preparation and candor. His clients range from local private owners to institutional capital sources, and he works the same way regardless of deal size.

Taylor played collegiate baseball at Edmonds Community College and Washington State University. He lives in Bothell with his wife and two children.
