Kyle Schipper, partnering with senior agent Dave Douglas, specializes in industrial leasing and sales in South King and Pierce Counties. Kyle’s background in real estate stems from his experience as an attorney drafting lease documents, purchase and sale agreements, and negotiating on behalf of his clients. 

Kyle is actively expanding his network and local contacts to deliver his clients market knowledge and off-market offerings before anyone else.  Kyle strives to maximize his client’s success throughout the entire real estate process by coordinating with subject matter experts and managing the representation process. Kyle’s focus is on establishing solid business relationships and delivering favorable results on his client’s behalf.
Prior to joining NAI Puget Sound Properties, Kyle worked as a project management consultant alongside Microsoft developing their cloud computing services. Before this, Kyle practiced as an immigration attorney where he helped clients navigate the complexities of immigration law to earn lawful work authorization. 

Kyle was raised in the Pacific Northwest and is a proud alum of the University of Washington. He enjoys spending free time with his family and cheering on the Seahawks, Mariners, and Huskies.
