John Pavolka

Working under Aaron Rosen, John Pavolka is inspired by local business. John joined NAI Puget Sound Properties as an Associate in April 2021. Previously he worked for a Tacoma based commercial equipment finance company working directly with local business owners to secure the financing needed to allow their businesses to grow. John specializes in commercial and small industrial leases and sales in South Puget Sound. A Tacoma native, John knows the area well and is eager to assist clients in finding their next location, new location, or new investment property opportunity. He is a motivated problem solver who tries to lend a helping hand in any way he can.

John’s experiences and upbringing have polished his entrepreneurial attitude. He graduated in 2017 from Washington State University (in four years) with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship. He enjoys meeting new people and continually developing his network. When not working, you can find John with his family and friends, outside, mountain biking, riding his moped, enjoying the views of Puget Sound, on the trails in his RZR, or chasing the deal of the day.
