Jake Ryan

Jake Ryan is a runner, partnering with Alex Wheatley to sell and lease office space on the Eastside. Jake has a passion for building robust relationships and providing exceptional client service, using his strong foundation in market research and property analysis. Born and raised locally, he plans to use his local knowledge and expertise of Bellevue and the neighboring Eastside markets to help clients find their best fit.

Jake is a graduate of the University of Washington, earning a degree in Finance from the Foster School of Business. Outside of work, Jake enjoys personal fitness, golf, travelling, and spending time with friends and family.
