Dana Garrett is our Senior Property Manager at NAI Puget Sound Properties, providing strategic oversight of a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate throughout the Puget Sound region, including the Kent Valley industrial corridor. With more than a decade of experience managing office, retail, medical, and industrial properties, she brings extensive operational expertise and leadership to every asset she oversees.

Dana works closely with property owners and investors to protect asset value, strengthen tenant relationships, and align day-to-day property operations with long-term investment objectives. Her management approach emphasizes proactive risk management, financial oversight, and clear communication to ensure properties operate efficiently and deliver strong, consistent performance.
