As Director of Marketing & Administration, Aspen oversees NAI Puget Sound Properties’ support staff across the Bellevue and Tacoma offices, supporting the brokerage team and helping keep overall day-to-day operations running efficiently.

With over eight years of experience at NAI PSP, Aspen is committed to supporting the company’s continued growth through team development, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and thoughtful evaluation of internal systems and technology. Her work focuses on improving usability, streamlining workflows, and ensuring brokers and staff have the tools and resources they need to bring high-quality materials to market.

Aspen leads the marketing team in supporting listing campaigns, companywide marketing initiatives, brand consistency, and the development of standardized resources brokers and team members can rely on. She also helps ensure there is flexibility for custom marketing needs across different asset classes, client types, and broker specialties.

In addition to marketing, Aspen oversees the company’s administrative and operations team members. Her background in several internal support roles gives her a strong understanding of the company’s systems, workflows, and training needs, allowing her to support process improvements and guide team members through evolving tools and requirements.

Aspen also serves as the in-office HR point of contact and helps support onboarding, internal communication, and coordination between both offices.

She lives in Tacoma and works from both the Bellevue and Tacoma offices each week. Outside of work, Aspen enjoys staying active, running, snowboarding, playing pickleball, trying new restaurants, and exploring Washington with family and friends.
