Aaron Rosen

Aaron Rosen is a Commercial Real Estate professional specializing in industrial and commercial property in the Tacoma area counties including Pierce, Thurston and South King. As a Tacoma native with over 10 years of professional experience in both commercial real estate and industry, Aaron has a deep understanding of the regional market. Highly consultative, Aaron works with both high net worth individual investors and large corporate entities on creating strategies around their business real estate and on executing purchase/sales and lease agreements. His experience as an industrial landlord, real estate investor and business owner inform his insights on both sides of the transaction and give him both breadth and depth of knowledge in the industrial sector. This valuable blend of sales expertise, market knowledge, and technical know-how, along with his attention to detail, have allowed Aaron to cultivate an extensive following of loyal clientele.

Aaron has deep roots in the Tacoma community where he was born, raised, and subsequently raised his own family. He is a volunteer and patron of non profit community service groups.

Aaron also enjoys the many activities the area has to offer including high school and professional sports, comedy clubs, and getting outdoors or spending time on the water. Even in his free time Aaron is industrious and hands-on, enjoying working on his collection of classic mustangs, helping friends with home improvement projects, and enjoying time with his family and of course walking his dog Odin.
