We are pleased to announce Ray Attisha has joined our brokerage team as Senior Vice President.
Ray is an office leasing and investment broker who has over twenty four years of experience with Puget Sound real estate with expertise in corporate real estate strategy, lease transactions, site selection, property acquisitions and dispositions.
He has worked with an impressive list of corporate clients that includes Group Health, Boeing, Philips Medical, Swedish Hospital, MultiCare, American Express, and KeyBank. His landlord clients have included Vulcan Real Estate, Onni Group of Companies, Regence Blue Shield, and Walton Street Capital.
