10 Sale Opportunities Near the Link Light Rail Extension Projects

Last week, Link Light Rail celebrated its 10 year anniversary. On opening day, Link covered 14 miles between the Westlake and Tukwila International Boulevard stations. Today, Link extends 22 miles and will expand to service more than 50 miles in the next five years: In 2021, Sound Transit will begin light rail service to U District, Roosevelt, and Northgate; By 2023, trains will reach Mercer Island, Bellevue, and Overlake; The extensions to Lynnwood, Federal Way, Kent, and downtown Redmond are scheduled to open in 2024.
