John is an industrial specialist focused on leasing and sales in the Seattle market. By specializing in Seattle industrial properties, John has been able to continually gather and build a wealth of knowledge within his area of expertise. John also works to consult with private investors, uncovering opportunities for savvy buyers and working with sellers to strategically position and effectively dispose of their assets.

AWARDS

2014 NAIOP Deal of the Year - John represented Panattoni in purchasing the Former Liquor Control Board Warehouse, a 233,227 square foot building located on East Marginal Way in Seattle, Washington. In addition, John assisted in completely leasing 111,000 square feet of spec space prior to the completion of construction.
