Specializing in the sale and leasing of office space in South King County, Scott plays the role of advisor, consultant, and industry-expert to serve the needs of owner-investors, owner-occupiers and office tenants. Scott has developed a service-oriented and relationship-driven approach, placing an emphasis on demonstrating integrity and communicating effectively at every turn, while ultimately delivering positive results and helping his clients achieve their short and long-term goals.

Since starting his career in commercial real estate in 2014, Scott has worked alongside Mike George, together forming one of the most successful, experienced and respected office brokerage teams in South King County, if not the entire Puget Sound market.  Built upon a foundation of more than 1,200 completed lease and sale transactions and more than 34 combined years of building valuable professional and personal relationships with tenants, landlords, and other brokers, Scott and Mike take pride in their ability to effectively and pro-actively guide their landlord and tenant clients through transactions of any size and complexity.

Scott is currently pursuing the CCIM designation, having completed all four of the required courses. Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife Kelly and his two dogs Brody and Herbie, as well as traveling (especially to places where In-N-Out Burger is located), live music and golfing!

From Scott's Clients

“Scott Sulman has been a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about the local market and works hard to understand his client’s needs. Scott identified our first office location, and when we outgrew the space in just one year, he was able to identify numerous options for a new office to support our growth. In addition, he quickly identified another tenant for our previous lease. When it comes to negotiations, he has offered sound advice and has been steadfast in representing us to get the best possible deal. Scott has always been very responsive in all communication and extremely professional.”

Tom Fitzgerald, Schnabel Engineering

“Scott Sulman represented us in our search for a new sales office, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our needs were being met throughout the process. As a manufacturer who works closely with Boeing, we preferred to be located close to one of their facilities in Renton or Everett, but being from out of state, we were unfamiliar with the territory. Scott patiently educated us on both markets and identified several intriguing options for us to tour. Once we selected our top choice, he demonstrated his expertise and market knowledge as he guided us through the negotiation and tenant improvement phases, and offered helpful solutions when it became clear our space would not delivered on time. I would not hesitate to recommend Scott and his team to any company seeking professional and responsive tenant rep services in the Seattle area.”
