Rich is a real estate professional specializing in sales and leasing of industrial properties in the north King and Snohomish counties, ranging from Bellevue up to Marysville. His diligence and attention to detail enable him to secure the best market value possible for his clients. Rich’s open communication helps him find the best solutions for his clients.

Prior to joining NAI Puget Sound Properties Rich was in sales at Nordstrom’s flagship store, where he built an extensive client list and earned the company’s revered Pacesetter designation. His sales experience has honed his strength in developing and maintaining close client relationships.

Rich is a native of Kingston, Washington, and resides in Seattle. When he’s not serving clients, he enjoys playing basketball, golfing, and fishing.
