Edward Milton

Edward Milton is a knowledgeable and trusted real estate investment advisor specializing in acquiring, selling, and developing self storage facilities. Recently, Edward joined the NAI self-storage team led by industry veteran Denise Nunez out of the NAI Horizon office. Collectively, their team is committed to building long-term relationships within the self storage sector while delivering reliable market knowledge with integrity and professionalism. This commitment has resulted in long-term client relationships including high-net-worth investors, builders, developers, private equity groups, syndicators, family trusts, and institutional firms.

Prior to joining NAI Puget Sound Properties, Edward worked with the National Storage Division at Marcus and Millichap where his team closed over 40M in the last quarter of 2022. Edward also has extensive knowledge in the construction and development sector and served under Lee Loveland AIA, as a development planning liaison for mixed-use and storage projects.

Before moving to Seattle in 1995, Milton graduated from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York, in the top two percent of his class with a double major in environmental studies and psychology. While attending college, he played Division III football and track and field. He also served as the president of his pledge class for Sigma Alpha Epsilon. Away from work, Edward enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with his seven children and beautiful wife.
