Darrell Okada

Darrell has been involved in commercial real estate for over 35 years as an investor, developer and licensed realtor. In brokerage, he specializes in industrial and office sales and leasing, land sales and acquisition and investment analysis and feasibility. Darrell’s clients benefit from his experience with all phases of these types of properties and his understanding of both sides of the transaction.

He has facilitated hundreds of leasing and sales transactions valued in excess of half a billion dollars which have included about 5.5 million square feet of commercial building area alone. These transactions range from several hundred to over 475,000 square feet in size and involved clients ranging from the small private investor or one-man business up to large corporate commercial property owners and REITs.

Darrell has been awarded the CoStar Power Broker two times, and held both SIOR and CCIM designations for several years. Darrell was also a graduate of the inaugural Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program sponsored by the University of Washington. The high level of combined transactional experience and real estate education allows Darrell to provide exceptional advice and analysis to his clients.

Darrell lives in Gig Harbor with his wife, Kim. Their son, Talor, a recent graduate of Seattle University, is now a broker at NAI Puget Sound Properties.
