Lee began working in the commercial real estate field in 1976. During his career he has been responsible for the development, marketing, lease-up and management of new office and industrial projects in the greater Seattle area as well as the redevelopment of a large warehouse project and the repositioning of office buildings. He has had responsibility for many major capital projects as well as numerous large tenant improvements.
Lee’s leasing, marketing and development background along with his property management experience are an excellent combination for working with both institutional investors and private investors. Prior to joining Puget Sound Properties, Lee operated Shephard Commercial Real Estate from 2006 until 2017 providing these same services to his clients.
He has served on several local boards and committees including NAIOP, IREM, the YMCA youth and family programs, the Mercer Island Boys and Girls Club and the Mercer Island School District Facilities Advisory Committee. He has been a vestry member of the Emmanuel Episcopal Church on Mercer Island where he served as Senior Warden.
Lee holds a Washington State Broker’s License and received his CPM designation in 1981. Lee is a native of Seattle and is a graduate of the University of Washington.
