Featured Transaction – Gramercy Property Trust Acquires $28,086,069 3-Building Portfolio

NAI Puget Sound Properties recently represented Gramercy Property Trust in the acquisition of multiple properties spanning three markets which closed for $28,086,069 on May 7, 2015. These industrial properties total 238,037 square feet with one located at 2306 B Street in Auburn, Washington and two located in California in the cities of San Bernardino and Fairfield.
All of the buildings are subject to a long term leases. Gramercy Property Trust, Inc. is a leading global investor and asset manager of commercial real estate. The company specializes in acquiring and managing single-tenant, net-leased industrial and office properties.
