The transaction closed on September 21, 2015 for $14,332,500.00.  Jeff Forsberg and Arie Salomon of NAI Puget Sound Properties brokered the transaction.

“The Tamarack Building represented a rare opportunity for an owner/user to acquire a state of the art facility in this highly competitive industrial market,” said Jeff Forsberg, Principal of NAI Puget Sound Properties. “The size, location and quality, will serve Design Import’s continued growth for years to come.”
