NAI Puget Sound Properties’ multifamily experts, Doug Smith and Hugh Winskill, have assembled an exceptional faculty again this year for their third Special Symposium on the future of South Puget Sound multifamily investments in these times of economic uncertainty.  During the day-long event, industry and government experts will offer analyses, opinions and predictions on the local apartment market, describing where we are today and where we’re headed tomorrow.

The faculty includes the Chief Economist for the State of Washington, regional economists specializing in the economies of King, Pierce, Thurston and Kitsap Counties, a nationally recognized real estate researcher,  an economics professor who specializes in research on the housing markets, a nationally recognized multifamily lender, a leading local appraiser, and a banker from the “bank’s bank” addressing the future of interest rates.  Each speaker will focus upon the current economic situation and the near term prospects for multifamily investments as the economy hopefully continues to recover.

Hunkering down and hoping for the best may have worked satisfactorily thus far in the recession.  But these volatile economic and political times call for expert advice and a more comprehensive analysis to ensure the success of your portfolio. This free Symposium is designed to give you all the knowledge you need to make crucial decisions in the coming years, helping answer the questions that are on every investor’s mind these days: Should I be buying, selling, or is the best course of action to do nothing at all? What is likely to occur that will affect my portfolio?  How can I best position myself for the changes that are ahead?

The Symposium is free of charge to apartment investors. However, attendance is limited and advance registration on this site is required.
