WEST VALLEY @ 212TH IS A HUGE SUCCESS
West Valley @ 212th is one of the most unique and successful developments in the Kent Valley offering privately owned buildings for sale from 12,196 SF to 35,352 SF and offering two buildings for lease totaling over 150,000 SF. NAI Puget Sound Properties was awarded the listing in Summer 2006 and despite record asking rates for the Kent Valley, was able to successfully sell all nine buildings in Phase I as of Fall 2007 and lease up all of Phase II before completion of construction. Four of the nine buyers for the buildings in Phase I were brought by the listing team, Jeff Forsberg, CCIM and Arie Salomon, SIOR, CCIM.
