Itzik joined NAI Puget Sound Properties to focus on retail investment sales, including gas stations, hotels and retail shopping centers, within the Puget Sound area. Itzik’s strong negotiation skills, innovative approach and his ability to solve unforeseen issues have earned him the trust of his clients and partners alike.

Itzik is a former Commander in the Isreali Defense Forces, and prior to joining NAI Puget Sound Properties, he worked as a developer and owner representative developing several retail and industrial projects in the Seattle region. His experience working with brokers, tenants and property owners by overseeing property design brings valuable insight for the benefit of his clients. His well rounded approach to real estate provides a complete understanding of all aspects of a real estate transaction.
