Ryan joined NAI Puget Sound Properties in 2006 and exclusively represents office tenants in real estate transactions.
Ryan's commitment to excellence and to understanding the unique needs of office tenants produces measurable value to all of his clients, in every transaction. His office tenant advisory services include advanced facility needs assessment, lease exit strategy evaluation, complex lease renewal and relocation negotiation, subleasing, cost savings analysis, market research and condition analysis, employee distribution and drive time analysis.
Ryan is on the board of directors for the Doingood Foundation, is a member of Seattle Pacific University's Young Alumni Council and is the Seattle Director for Kiros, a non-profit business organization. He currently resides in Bellevue, is an avid skier, photographer, and loves to travel.
