Kim has been an active commercial real estate broker in the Puget Sound region for 35 years, and her wide range of experience and skills enable her to effectively complete complex commercial real estate transactions. She specializes in office, medical and mixed-use investment sales, including overseeing leasing assignments for her clients. Kim has committed herself to delivering exceptional service by sharing her knowledge to assist her clients make the best real estate decisions during and after the transaction. Many of her clients are investors that she has completed multiple transactions with as they recognize the added value she delivers to their real estate investments.
Kim has experience in asset management, lease negotiations, including tenant improvement design and construction, and investment sales in many industry types. Kim has developed extensive networking resources throughout the region with industry professionals that specialize in serving clients who place their own money in real estate investments. She has represented numerous clients in both private and public sectors in transactions within the greater Puget Sound region.
