Hugh represents the owners of multifamily and other income producing properties.  With over eleven years of diverse experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, he advises his investor clients on property sales, purchases, investment strategy and portfolio management.  Hugh focuses his efforts on tracking down and vetting potential purchases for apartment investors and advising current multifamily owners on ways to maximize the value of their holdings in anticipation of the sale of an asset.

Hugh is noted for his thorough research, an analytical skill developed in his early days as a research analyst for Colliers International and honed thereafter over many years of brokerage at both Colliers and NAI Puget Sound Properties.  This analytical expertise is of particular benefit to his clients by allowing him to easily locate, assemble and evaluate key data, providing information that Hugh’s clients need to make crucial decisions in an ever-changing market.

Hugh has represented a long list of noteworthy clients including Harsch Investments, Lexington Pacific, Silicon Mechanics and 7-Eleven.  Prior to returning to his home town of Tacoma to specialize in South Sound investment sales, Hugh brokered hundreds of thousands of square feet of leases and sales of retail, office and industrial properties in King and Snohomish Counties.

He lives in North Tacoma with his wife and three children.
